Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, or pricing errors.

If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery windows are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Meat Wagon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive perishable shipments promptly upon delivery.

8. Perishable Goods and Food Safety

Our products are perishable. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Fresh and frozen products must be refrigerated or frozen promptly upon delivery.
  • Meat Wagon is not responsible for spoilage resulting from delays caused by an incorrect address, missed delivery, or improper handling after delivery.
  • You are responsible for the safe handling, storage, and preparation of all products in accordance with applicable food safety guidelines.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept physical returns. Refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
